Two Puppies at the Wooden Rail

A companion, translated in silk.

Two puppies share the frame, one resting its paws on the rail while the other peeks out beside it. Directional silk stitches follow the folds of their ears and the soft fur around their faces. Warm brown tones carry through the wooden background, giving this two-companion portrait a sense of depth and closeness.
